How do I add and remove my Bitz from my shoe?
Your shoe is your canvas; our charms are your paint brushes!
In order to add a new charm to your shoe, simply push the edge of the charm into the hole at an angle and push down on the top of the charm until you feel it pop into place.
To remove, push from the bottom of the charm (from inside the shoe) and gently push it out. Don't pull up directly on a charm or you may cause damage.
Disclaimer: Please keep out of reach of small children. May contain small parts that could be a choking hazard.
What are the postage options and how long will it take?
Domestic (within Australia) We have three postage options available for your convenience.
1. Untracked satchel ($5.00 AUD). No insurance, no tracking. Not responsible if lost. Shipping takes 5-20 business days. FREE POSTAGE OPTION
2. Tracked satchel ($10.00 AUD). Insured. You will receive a tracking number. Shipping takes 5-20 business days.
3. Tracked express satchel ($13.00 AUD). Insured. You will receive a tracking number and priority postage. Shipping takes 2-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
I can currently ship to:
United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.
$30.00 AUD tracked postage, this can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

I do however sell DIY Shoe Charm Kits, which contain everything you need to make your own Bitz!

This is something I'm working to fix, but you can whitelist my email using these instructions so that I don't hit your spam folder (this really helps me out, as it lets the email servers know people want to see my emails)!
